In Person

You may visit Salem Radiology at any time during our business hours and make a payment in person.

Is there an added fee to pay my bill online?
No, this is a courtesy service at no charge to you.

Who else might send me a medical bill?
Each physician involved in your medical care will send you a separate bill. This may include surgeons, anesthesiologists, Emergency Department physicians, and other specialty physicians.

Will my insurance pay for these services?
Coinsurance, copayments, and deductibles are determined by your health insurance plan, and each plan is different. Please contact your health insurance company or the benefits administrator of your employer with specific coverage questions.

Will you bill my insurance company for me?
Yes, as a courtesy to you, we are happy to bill your insurance carrier, as long as you have provided complete information, such as the name of the company, the address we are to send claims, your member identification number, your group number, and a phone number. We will also bill your secondary insurance, if applicable, provided we have all the information as stated above.

What if I don’t have insurance or can’t pay my bill in full?
If you are without insurance, you may set up a monthly payment plan. For account balances exceeding $250 the minimum payment is one tenth (1/10th) of your account balance.  For account balances $250 or less, the minimum payment is $25.00 per month.

Why am I receiving a bill when I have not visited Salem Radiology?
You may be receiving a bill from us because one of our radiologists was involved with your care and read a scan for you at Salem Hospital.

Why do I need to show my insurance card each time I visit Salem Radiology?
We ask for your insurance information each time you come in to our clinic to ensure our records are up-to-date and correct. Individuals and employers often change health plans and it helps in the timely processing of claims if our records are accurate.

Who do I call if I have other questions?
